All accounts are subject to stringent exposure limits, which are enforced to mitigate risks for both you and us. The maximum quantity of lots you’re permitted to open simultaneously is contingent on your account size and the chosen leverage. For instance, with a $25,000 account and 1:10 leverage, your maximum exposure is set at 2.5 lots. If the leverage is elevated to 1:20, your maximum exposure extends to 5 lots. However, there’s an exception: should you neutralize the risk of a position by placing a stop loss at break-even or in a profitable range, you can open additional positions. Exceeding the designated exposure limit could lead to liquidation of certain positions, possibly incurring losses due to spreads and commissions. Your exposure limit is prominently displayed in the dashboard. For comprehensive examples and limits tailored to each account, consult our risk management and exposure limits article.
